Clean Up the World Weekend

The third Sunday of September each year is "World Cleanup Day." World Cleanup Day, also known as Clean Up the World Weekend (CUW Weekend), is a global cleansing event initiated by Ian Quinan of Australia's international environmental organization Clean Up the World, scheduled for the third weekend in September. It is now one of the most important environmental protection activities in the world. Every year, more than 40 countries and 40 million people from all over the world participate in this activity.
